This shows the differences between contacts who are a Case Team for a specific case as compared to an Admin profile for the Support Site
Case Teams members
- Anyone who raises a case can add anyone to the case that they have raised or have access to - Add Users to Cases via Case Teams
- Case Team members will get all the updates on the specific case they are a Case Team member on as the updates happen
- Case Team members see the cases they are a case team member on (My Case Team Member views)
- Case Team members will not see cases they are not a case team member on
