Case Teams members

  • Anyone who raises a case can add anyone to the case that they have raised or have access to - Add Users to Cases via Case Teams
  • Case Team members will get all the updates on the specific case they are a Case Team member on as the updates happen
  • Case Team members see the cases they are a case team member on (My Case Team Member views)
  • Case Team members will not see cases they are not a case team member on

Admin profile

There is no Admin profile within the Partner Community
