The navigation tabs on the home page allow you to quickly find the page you need within the Precisely Customer Community :

|
Return to the "Home" page to access all navigation tabs and easily search the entire Precisely customer community for specific knowledge base articles and case information.

Knowledge
|
The Precisely "Knowledge" base provides answers to commonly asked how-to and troubleshooting questions. Knowledge articles are available for a wide range of topics, including Precisely products, technical support, and client service.

My Account
|
Utilize the "My Account" tab to review your account and contact information.
If you are listed as a primary or secondary administrator on your account and Precisely customer support has provided your login with administrative privileges, you will have the ability to view all contacts related to your account, create your new contacts related to your account, edit or remove a contact's relationship to your account and grant contacts access to the community by associating them to a support site.

Support
|
Utilize the drop-down menu options under "Support" to create a new support case, manage your existing support cases and review your account's assets and service contract information.
Assets represent the purchased or installed perpetual products in your account. Service contracts represent your account's renewable products and services that run for a set period, such as a year-long support service.
If you are listed as a primary or secondary administrator on your account, where Precisely customer support has provided your login with administrative privileges, you will have the ability to view all cases related to your account. In contrast, most community users will have access only to the cases they have opened.

Resources
|
Access "Resources" housed outside of the Precisely customer community, including Syncsort license keys, Precisely APIs, Precisely blog, Precisely data experience, Precisely forums, Precisely ideas, Precisely products ( support website ), and Precisely U ( training ).
