There is no ability to print from the Precisely Customer or Partner Community that pulls all the case information together.
The only way to print a case is to use the browser's print function, which prints everything on the page. To use this:
- Log in to the Precisely Customer or Partner Community using your user sign-in credentials.
- Click on My Support Cases.
- You can open the case you want to print by clicking on it.
- Scroll down through the case feed.
- As you scroll, click the 'Expand Post' and 'Expand Email' links on each post or email (there isn't an option to Expand/Collapse all).
- When you get to the bottom, click the 'View More' button.
- Keep scrolling to the bottom, clicking the 'Expand Post' and 'Expand Email' links on each post or email as you go, until there is no 'View More' and you have reached the bottom, showing when the case was created.
- Use your browser's Print option to print the page.
