PDX is where end-users may access and download Precisely datasets and software. For your convenience, this may be accessed through the "Precisely Data Experience" link on the support homepage or directly through the following URL :

Navigating within the PDX portal, two sections are highlighted :
- My Data Products
- Download your active data subscriptions (our data products are referenced in the Data Guide)
- My Software Products
- Download your active software subscriptions

If the dataset or software download link is not accessible through this portal, please reach out to Customer Support for additional assistance.
When user's purchase Software or Data from Precisely, the Fulfillment team "provisions" the user or users to enable download from the PDX and sends an email with instructions for creating a password to access the site.
Users can choose to download the purchased data by selecting any of the supported Data formats relevant to the Software consuming that data.
Users typically receive an email from Precisely when new Software releases or Data Refreshes are available for download.
Provisioned user's can also typically access previously downloaded versions of Software and Data at the PDX.
