While viewing either Asset or Service Contract information or a Knowledge Article, you can also access documentation that has been attached to the record.
Select the Files hyperlink in the Files component.
The screen will show a list of all Files attached to the record.
To download a copy of the File, select the down arrow next to the File and choose the Download option.
