On the Precisely Customer Community, Service Contracts are renewable products and services that run for a set period, such as a year-long support service.
To view a list of Service Contracts your Account has purchased, select the Support tab, and choose the My Services option. If you do not see a purchased Service Contract listed on the Community, note that we are in the process of adding this information to Accounts.

To view more Service Contract information, select the Contract Name.
If any documents have been attached to the Service Contract, you can access that information in the Files component at the bottom of the page.
