Articles may be attached to your Case to assist with troubleshooting or your support request.
To access Articles attached to your Case, select the Articles hyperlink in the Articles component at the top right side of the Case page.

The screen will show a list of all Articles attached to the Case. Select the Article
Title to view more information.
