Each Precisely Customer Community / Partner Community user has a single direct (or primary) Business Account relationship. However, you may also see a relationship to a Support Site Account (a subset of the Business Account). When your Business Account purchases an Asset or a Service Contract, that purchase information is tied to a Support Site Account so that all support details (for example, Cases raised and closed) can be tracked in one location.
To access a list of your Account relationships, select the "My Account" tab and choose "Accounts" from the dropdown menu. By default, the view will show all the Business Accounts you have a relationship with. You can update this view by selecting the down arrow next to the view name and choosing another option (My Support Sites, for example).
To access more specific Account information, select the "Account Name". This page shows the Shipping Address and Primary Contact for the Account.
You can scroll down on the Account page to see a list of all Assets and Service Contracts related to the Account.
